    Description

    Position Overview :
    We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 4-8 years of proven track record to join our dynamic team.

    As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of our products from conception to launch.

    The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of product management principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building innovative solutions that meet customer needs.


    Responsibilities :

    • Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, including market research, defining product requirements, and prioritizing features.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product strategy and roadmap.
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
    • Define and prioritize product features based on business objectives, customer feedback, and technical constraints.
    • Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
    • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
    • Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and iterate based on datadriven insights.
    • Communicate product updates and roadmap plans to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and internal teams.
    • Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
    years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.

    • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex ideas into actionable product plans.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
    • Experience working in an agile development environment, with knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
    • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a common goal.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and solving customer problems.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Experience working with B2B or enterprise software products.
    • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
    • Experience with user research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
    • Knowledge of design thinking methodologies and UX/UI principles.
    • Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing Certified).
    • Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
    • Previous experience working in a startup or highgrowth company environment.
