    Description

    Overview :

    We are seeking a motivated Java Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will possess a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

    As a Java Support Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of Java applications and systems.

    Responsibilities :


    • Provide first-line technical support to clients experiencing issues with Java applications and systems.
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose software problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
    • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Document support cases, including steps taken and solutions provided, for future reference and knowledge sharing.
    • Assist in the testing and deployment of software updates and patches.
    • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement or optimization.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and best practices.
    Qualifications :


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Solid understanding of Java programming language fundamentals.
    • Familiarity with Java development tools and frameworks, such as IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, Spring, and Hibernate, Microservices.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think logically and methodically.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
