1.Lead the bidding team of SubstationSolution business for Exports Market.

2.Responsible to lead the team forpre-sales and sales activities like preparation of techno-commercial offer andsecure the order by providing best and optimized solution to meet customerrequirement.

3.Planning and forecasting of Tenders inthe Exports market.

4.Preparation of presentations with theteam members for getting management approval prior to bid submission.

5.Preparation of Target pricing forSubstation Tenders.

6.Responsible for visit or interactionwith various Customers – Central, State, Industry and EPCs on regular basis todiscuss technical requirement and offerings.

7.Promote Siemens Solutions and Services.

8.Co-ordinate with procurement to carryout negotiation with internal or external partners.

9.Map the potential and coordinate withSales to improve our footprint in T&D market.

10.Ability to demonstrate strong customerengagement and relationship development skills.

11.Technical coordination on pre-salesphases for spec-in activities, Solution demonstration and approvals etc.

12.Co-ordinate with project management teamfor seamless transition of projects from Bid to Project Management function.

13.In depth awareness of Competitor'sProduct & Solution portfolios.

Experience Required

years' experience in TenderManagement.

2.Knowledge of both AIS and GISSubstation solutions will be preferable.

3.Degree in Electrical or ElectronicsEngineering.

4.Fluent Verbal & Written skills inEnglish.

5.Excellent Networking, Communication andPresentation skills.

6.Available to travel across the nationfor business trip.

7.Self-motivated, quick, and assertive.

8.Calm, collected and collaborativeapproach to deliver under pressure and comfortable with change and complexityin dynamic environment.
