    Description
    • Ensure accurate email replies are entered and appropriate information is provided in escalated calls.
    • Ensure call standards are maintained with respect to greeting, problem identification, proposed solution and conclusion.
    • Collaborate with team members on knowledge transfer, support policies, procedures, and standards.
    • Should be excellent in analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems.
    • Must be proactive and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues, end users, and with external vendors.
    • Ability to document issues into technical requirement for the developers for a quick resolution.
    • Good troubleshooting skills to provide accurate description of the issues to the developers

    Requirements

    • Linux
    • Oracle SQL/PLSQL
    • Shell scripting
    • Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in Linux, oracle sql.
    • Familiarity with the Telecom domain is highly desirable
    • Highly motivated team player required to work within a small team environment with minimal supervision
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
