    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar sales role.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong customer focus and ability to understand customer needs.
    • Ability to deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
    • Negotiation and closing skills.
    • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
    • Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and pain points.
    • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve team objectives.
