    Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building and negotiation skills Strong Communication skills (Verbal & Written) with a passion for account building ability to meet tight deadlines.7+ years of sales experience in the IT Staff Augmentation/Consulting industry with blend of direct client experience and Tier 1 IT vendor customers (like IBM, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant etc.)

    Build a successful go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan
    o
    Specific experience in IT Staffing industry business development role involving managing a large global account
    o
    Track record of communicating, presenting and influencing all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
    o
    Previous direct sales/business development background (client facing sales)
