    Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Eskimo Social Advertising Factory located in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, developing business strategies, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will bring in new leads and prospect those provided by the company.

    The role involves meeting clients on a daily basis through direct or virtual meetings, understanding their requirements, and providing estimates or offerings. Additionally, this role will require coordinating with internal teams and managing customer expectations.

    Qualifications


    •3 years' experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role with a proven record of business closures.


    •Proficiency in establishing connections within service or product-based companies.


    •Strong sales and business development skills


    •Experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry


    •Excellent communication and negotiation skills


    •Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies


    •Knowledge of social media marketing and advertising


    •Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets


    •Ability to build and maintain client relationships


    •Good understanding of market trends and competition
