    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Business Development Manager - Residential Interiors. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with developing and implementing business strategies to drive residential interior sales. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new market opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and provide customized solutions.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong understanding of residential interiors and design trends
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
    • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Willingness to travel as necessary
