    How would your role at Navi Look Like?

    • Calling the customer to remind the due date of the installment.
    • Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI payment.
    • Explain the consequences to customers of not paying on time.

    What are some of the good to have skills for this role?

    • Fresh graduates or maximum 1 year of experience in telesales, sales, customer experience
    • Decent communication skills both written & verbal.
    • Should have basic knowledge of the internet and other search engine usage.
    • Good observation skills and presentable.

    Walk-in details:

    • Venue: Vaishnavi Tech Square, Ibbaluru, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka
    • Interview Date: ( Monday to Friday)
    • Time: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
    • Compensation: 18K-20K per month fixed +10k-25K incentive (subject to performance)*
