    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Fame Keeda in Navi Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and support, including diary management and communication tasks. They will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations and supporting the Managing Director in various tasks and projects.

    Responsibilities

    Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

    1. Communication Management: Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
    2. Facilitate clear and timely communication on behalf of the executive team.
    3. Meeting Coordination: Plan, organize, and coordinate high-level meetings, ensuring all logistics are seamlessly executed. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
    4. Document Management: Create, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.
    5. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
    6. Project Assistance: Support special projects and initiatives, providing administrative assistance to ensure successful execution.
    7. Prioritization and Time Management: Effectively manage competing priorities, deadlines, and tasks to meet the demands of the executive office.
    8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other administrative professionals and executive assistants to streamline processes and enhance overall office efficiency.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in diary management and maintaining schedules
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Relevant certifications or qualifications in executive assistance or administration are a plus
