    Weare looking for Proposal Manager for WHRS & Power Plant Projects: Boilers,Steam Turbines, ACC, BOP, Auxiliaries and Accessories in Cement, Oil and Gas,Fertilizer, Chemical and Process Industries

    Roledescription:

  • Technical Assessment: Conductin-depth technical assessments of project requirements.
  • Bid Preparation: Lead thedevelopment of comprehensive and competitive bids, including technicalproposals, cost estimates, project schedules, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordination with customer forproject inputs, schedules and delivery.
  • Arrange approvals of documents fromcustomer and consultant
  • Coordination with internaldepartments
  • Bid Submission: Prepare and submit high-quality, timely bidpackages, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

  • Qualification:BE Mechanical
  • Having 12-15 Year of experience
  • Proven experience as a Bid Manager, preferably with a focuson WHRS Power Plants
  • Strong technical knowledge of boilers, and related auxiliaryequipment.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and withclients.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
  • Established project managementskills.
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent people management skills
