    About the Role:

    Ctruh is seeking an experienced and strategic Enterprise Sales Director to spearhead our sales initiatives within the burgeoning field of spatial computing and augmented reality. This role combines the dynamic aspects of software sales with the innovative landscape of XR technology, aiming to significantly enhance our revenue growth by leveraging immersive visual experiences for retail brands. As the Enterprise Sales Director, you'll be tasked with developing a winning sales strategy tailored to the enterprise segment, aligning with Ctruh's mission to revolutionize sales enablement via XR tech for global brands. Your leadership will be instrumental in building a high-performance sales team focused on exceeding ambitious targets and driving Ctruh's growth in various B2C brand verticals, including automotive, fashion, and home decor.

    Responsibilities:

    • Devise and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the enterprise segment, ensuring alignment with Ctruh's business objectives and the innovative edge of XR technologies.
    • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing enterprise sales team dedicated to strategic sales initiatives and the expansion of our immersive technology solutions.
    • Spearhead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of top sales talent, with a focus on nurturing skills in complex B2B sales processes and XR technology solutions.
    • Pursue and secure large enterprise-level opportunities, managing intricate sales cycles that include presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
    • Establish and deepen relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts, emphasizing the unique value proposition of Ctruh's XR solutions.
    • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities and trends, positioning Ctruh as a leader in XR technology for sales enablement.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure seamless sales processes, from lead generation to product delivery, while leveraging insights for product development and improvement.
    • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize strategies, forecast trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
    • Travel as required to foster client relationships, understand market needs, and represent Ctruh at industry events.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in software or technology sales, particularly in XR or related fields.
    • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating significant revenue growth in a technology-driven environment.
    • Exceptional leadership qualities with a proven track record of building, motivating, and guiding a high-performing sales team.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technology solutions in a compelling way.
    • Strong analytical abilities, adept at managing sales budgets, interpreting data, and making strategic decisions.
    • A deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, with experience in product/platform sales and a solid grasp of pricing strategies.
    • Engineering and/or MBA degree from a reputed institution preferred.
