    About the Job:

    We are seeking a driven and experienced sales leader to spearhead our global Talent Technology SaaS sales efforts. In this strategic role of Director Sales, you will be responsible for building, leading, and motivating a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets, while expanding our customer base across the world.

    Key Skills Required:

    Sales planning and management, revenue generation leadership, delegation and prioritization, team building and management, articulation and storytelling, problem-solving, goal-oriented, sales forecasting and adaptability

    Responsibilities:

    • Revenue Leadership: Owning and exceeding ambitious global sales targets for our Talent Technology SaaS offerings
    • Strategic Planning: Developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan that expands our market share and drives exponential revenue growth
    • Team Management: Building, leading, and motivating a high-performing team of SaaS sales professionals for revenue achievements. Developing and implementing sales training programs to continuously enhance the skills and knowledge of your team.
    • Talent Acquisition: Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top sales talent to fuel our growth
    • Customer Focus: Fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure their success with our Talent Technology solutions.
    • Market Expertise: Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
    • Performance Analysis: Utilize sales metrics to refine strategies and enhance team performance.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and drive business growth.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities for informed strategic decisions

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in exceeding revenue targets
    • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced technology or SaaS environment
    • Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
    • Deep understanding of the Talent Technology landscape and its competitive dynamics
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and coach team members
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Data-driven approach to sales with a strong understanding of sales metrics and analytics
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and execute winning sales strategies
