- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and industry verticals.
- Conduct market research to discover potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Develop targeted sales strategies to enter new markets and acquire customers.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients in Maharashtra and Gujarat to present Thermosonics' solutions and work towards finalizing business contracts.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and budget considerations.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and offering solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of noise problem related solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Proposal Development:
- Create detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contracts outlining recommended solutions, pricing, and terms. Ensure alignment with client expectations and project requirements.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure. Track sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software. Monitor sales performance and forecast projections to achieve revenue goals.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales support, technical support, and project management to ensure smooth project execution, customer satisfaction, and post-sales support.
- Sales Engineering, Sales, and Technical Support skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to understand and address customer needs
- Knowledge of acoustical engineering principles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the acoustics industry or noise control solutions is beneficial
