    Role Description
    This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Engineer at Polmon Instruments Pvt Ltd. The Sales Engineer's responsibilities include offering technical support, overseeing sales procedures, and providing top-notch customer service. The role necessitates effective client communication, meticulous comprehension of their needs, and the proposal of suitable instrumentation and automation solutions.

    Requirements

    • Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Capability to manage sales processes and provide exceptional customer service
    • Familiarity with the Life Sciences Industry and associated operations
    • Demonstrated success in sales and customer relationship management
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
    • Prior experience in the Instrumentation and Process Automation sector is essential

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve sales targets on a quarterly and yearly basis
    • Generate high-quality sales leads and pursue customer follow-ups for sales orders in accordance with company policies
    • Address customer queries regarding products, pricing, stock availability, and credit terms
    • Represent the company at trade association meetings or shows to endorse products
    • Create sales presentations or proposals to elucidate product specifications to clients

    Other Key Skills

    • Innovative and creative mindset to build business pipelines with new and existing clients
    • Proficiency in verbal and written communication
    • Negotiation skills to meet sales targets
    • Ability to work autonomously and willingness to travel
    • Strong client relationship and presentation abilities
    • Collaborative team player

    Qualifications

    • B.E / B.Tech in E&I, Control Engg, or Chemical Eng.
    • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial sales
    • Genuine interest in Sales as a profession

    Sales Experience in Industrial Automation is highly valued.
    Experience in handling clients in the Pharma Industry is an additional asset.
