About the Role:
The Sales Engineer will represent BipicoIndustries and its products and services in the () area. The idealcandidate will have an outstanding track record of B2B sales andmarketing of manufacturing products and will research and pursuethe development of new products and leads and convert them intorevenuegenerating clientele. The candidate should be a selfstarterwho is prepared to develop new key customer accounts and gainfootfall in new territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Execution oflocal sales strategies set by management
Identifying potential opportunities and converting them intorevenuegenerating customers
Travel within andaround () to search for and pursue new leads
Monitor and research industry trends to drive in potential revenue
Servicing of clientele pre and post sales
Represent Bipico at local trade shows and marketing events
Develop and execute customized targeted salesstrategies
Cold Calling: making multipleoutbound calls to potential clients and convert the lead intobusiness
Create internal reports formanagement
PreRequisiteQualifications:
Bachelors in Engineering (BE)preferably Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
Knowledge of Business and Management; MBA orequivalent is preferred
4 or more years oftechnologyrelated business development; marketing businessdevelopment or sales experience required
Experience in marketing of industrial products such as high speedcutting tools or saw blades will be highly preferred
Fluency in MicrosoftOffice suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint etc.)
An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Strong written verbal and collaborativeskills; fluency in English and Hindi
Excellentinterpersonal and negotiation skills
