    Role Description

    This remote Sales Engineer position at Polmon Instruments Pvt Ltd is a full-time opportunity. The Sales Engineer will play a key role in providing technical support, managing sales processes, and ensuring top-notch customer service. The position involves engaging with clients effectively, grasping their needs, and suggesting suitable instrumentation and automation solutions.

    We're seeking individuals with:

    • Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Capacity to oversee sales processes and offer exceptional customer service
    • Familiarity with the Life Sciences Industry and its processes
    • Demonstrated success in sales and customer relationship management
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field

    Prior experience in the Instrumentation and Process Automation sector is a prerequisite.

    Role Overview:

    Meet sales targets by managing current business revenues and expanding the customer base. Develop and execute promotional strategies to enhance market visibility and product awareness among existing and prospective customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Meet sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis
    • Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up with customers for orders in adherence to company sales policies
    • Address customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, stock availability, and credit terms
    • Represent the company at industry events to showcase products
    • Create sales presentations or proposals to elucidate product specifications or applications to clients

    Additional Skills:

    • Think innovatively and creatively to build the sales pipeline with existing and new clients
    • Conduct negotiation meetings to meet sales objectives
    • Work autonomously with a willingness to travel
    • Demonstrate strong client relationship and presentation skills
    • Be a collaborative team player

    Qualifications:

    • B.E / B.Tech in E&I, Control Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
    • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial sales
    • Keen interest in a Sales career
    • Prior Sales experience in Industrial Automation is highly preferred
    • Experience in handling clients in the Pharma Industry is an added advantage
