    Position:Manager ProjectSales

    MustHave: Should have min 10 years ofexp. in Project management or sales. Must have from buildingmaterialindustry

    Qualification:Any Graduate /Bachelors degree in business orrelatedfield

    Location:Chennai

    Experience:Min 10 Years
    • ProductLine: Architectural hardware / Door Automation / Glass fittings/Accesscontrol

    Responsibilities:
    • Identifyand onboard new Architecture ContractorsBuilders.
    • TeamHandling
    • Provide support andtraining to the team
    • Managethe performance of existing projects and develop strategies toimprove their sales andrevenue.
    • Develop andmaintain strong relationships with Architecture ContractorsBuilders and work closely with them to achieve mutualgoals.
    • Collaborate with the salesteam to align sales.
    • Monitorindustry trends and stay uptodate on competitors and marketcondition.
    • Identify andresolve conflicts and challenges within theprojects.
    • Provide supportand guidance to Architect Builders Contractors on product andsolution offerings.
    • Attend industryevents and conferences to build relationships and promote thecompany.
