Job Overview:

This job role will require the incumbent to oversee and execute Employee Engagement activities and craft and implement engaging initiatives that boost morale, productivity, and retention.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies which is aligned with the company's values.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing employee experience and satisfaction.
Create a comprehensive and sustainable Employee Engagement Annual Calendar for pan India locations.
Plan and organize various engagement activities, events, and programs such as teambuilding exercises, wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms.
Conduct regular focused groups and oneonone meetings to understand employee needs and concerns, leading to a more transparent and responsive work environment.
Design and drive surveys (including benchmark surveys such as GPTW and Kincentric) and use other assessment tools to measure employee satisfaction, engagement levels, and identify areas for improvement.
Analyse engagement data and feedback to generate actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing employee engagement.
Provide guidance and support to managers and team leaders on best practices for fostering a positive work culture and improving employee engagement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop training sessions and workshops on topics related to employee engagement, communication, and leadership development.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and incorporate innovative approaches into engagement initiatives.
