    Overview

    As a SeniorRelationship Manager you will play a crucial role in building andmaintaining strong relationships with clients. You will beresponsible for overseeing the customer experience growing revenueand ensuring client satisfaction. This position is vital to theorganizations success as it directly impacts client retention andbusiness growth.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Develop and maintainlongterm relationships with clients
    • Maximizerevenue through crossselling and upsellingstrategies
    • Provide financial guidance andadvice to clients
    • Collaborate with internalteams to address client needs
    • Lead negotiationswith clients on contracts and pricing
    • Monitorand analyze client performance andsatisfaction
    • Resolve escalated client issuesand concerns
    • Stay updated on industry trendsand market conditions
    • Prepare and presentreports on client portfolioperformance
    • Implement retention and growthstrategies for the client base
    • Assess andmitigate risks related to clientrelationships
    • Conduct regular client meetingsand communications
    • Manage a team ofrelationship managers providing guidance andsupport
    • Ensure compliance with regulations andinternal policies
    • Identify opportunities forbusiness expansion and marketpenetration

    RequiredQualifications

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Finance or related field
    • Provenexperience in relationship management orsales
    • Strong understanding of financialproducts and services
    • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyzedata and make strategic recommendations
    • Proventrack record of meeting and exceeding salestargets
    • Ability to lead and motivate ateam
    • Knowledge of industry regulations andcompliance standards
    • Excellent negotiation andconflict resolution skills
    • Customercentricmindset with a focus on clientsatisfaction
    • Proficiency in CRM software andMicrosoft Office suite
    • Ability to multitask andprioritize in a fastpaced environment
    • Goodunderstanding of market trends and economicindicators
    • Certification in financial planningor related field is a plus
    • Ability to travel asneeded
