- Identify new opportunities and challenges in the chemical industry.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate sales and sourcing records, reports, and forecasts for management Bachelors/Masters degree from Tier1 colleges Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales at an early stage or growth stage startup
- Customer empathy & strong communication skills the ability to get deep into how the customer thinks, understand their pain points and come up with solutions/ improve value proposition Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Leadership and effective stakeholder management capabilities Humble, kind, empathetic and open to feedback (super important)
