    Description

    Yugasys is looking for a **Project Coordinator** with **3 to 5 Years of relevant Experience**, to help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This individual needs to work with various members of the project team and the clients to develop a timeline, create schedules, and oversee progress to make sure goals are met on time. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining and increasing rapport with clients and stakeholders, and driving success for Yugasys.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage Projects, programs and client relationships.

    Manage reports, document status, and provide request updates to the project team for changes.

    Organize contracts, financial documents, reports, and invoices.

    Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes of meetings to all project team members.

    Responsible for coordinating meetings and developing project strategies, creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

    Utilize spreadsheets to track budgets, dates, and project delivery dates.

    Determining project changes, providing administrative support as needed, undertaking project tasks as required, developing project strategies.

    Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and maintain all documentations for each project.

    Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

    Coordinate with project stakeholders - includes facilitating team coordination, producing and maintaining activity and resource plans which incorporate feedback from stakeholders.

    Manage program level impediments; work with functional teams to resolve the impediments.

    **Requirements:**

    Bachelors degree in information technologies, computer science or Business Administration related discipline and 3-5 years of experience in business and/or systems analysis.

    Excellent organization and communication skills

    Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in project management from conception to delivery

    Ability to use animated mock-ups, flowcharting, storyboarding, style sheets, and other tools to demonstrate and illustrate application, system, and user experience and interface enhancements beneficial.

    Knowledge on Business-to-Consumer (B2C), Business-to-Business (B2B), e-Commerce, Content Management Systems (CMS), and/or 3rd party integration platforms for software that delivers Analytics, Ratings and Reviews, Product Finders, etc.

    Commitment to excellence in customer service, product quality, and doing the right thing in a dynamic environment with multiple and rapidly changing priorities.

    Hands-on experience of project management tools like Asana and Jira

    Understanding of testing and release management techniques and technologies required.

    Comfortable working on different time zones

    Attention to detail even under pressure with an ability to prioritize among competing tasks

    Work autonomously, making decisions without too much managerial oversight and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

    Mentor, support and manage change requests.

    Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

    Understanding of current technologies and willingness to investigate current and future trends and shifts in technology to better advise clients
