    Description

    Location: Hong Kong

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining & controlling books of accounts up to Finalization and Hands-on of experience in maintaining books of accounts in ERP.
    • Strong knowledge of MIS & Accounting.
    • Preparation of various regular MIS Reports and Ancillary activity related to accounts & finance.
    • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles including SOP.
    • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
    • Manage and maintain the Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate and efficient data capture, processing, and reporting.
    • Overseeing of the MIS reports, including financial reports, management reports, and other financial analyses to support decision-making.
    • Perform monthly account reconciliations for all ledger accounts, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
    • Analyze financial information's on monthly, quarterly and on annual basis.
    • Preparation of cash flow statements and fund flow statements.
    • Preparing and presenting reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement etc.
    • Develop and maintain financial reports tailored to the needs of management, providing insights into financial performance, trends, and risks.
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting exercises, monitor actual performance against budget.
    • Work collaboratively with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    • Having the Good Knowledge of Real Estate industry.
    • Having knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
    • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g. excel, other financial reporting softwares), with the ability to effectively use technology to support financial management
    • Self-motivated and good team Leader - 2 to 3 person
    • Decision maker and Ownership towards work & responsibility.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently, effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
    • Strong follow-up with team to execute the task.
