    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Food And Beverage Manager to join our Client team . As a Food And Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within our company. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience required. The role is based in Cochin, Kerala, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 4 to 6 years of experience in food and beverage operations
    • Proven track record of successfully managing a food and beverage department
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
    • In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
    • F&B Manager experience is a must

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage the food and beverage operations of the company
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and profitability
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    • Monitor inventory levels and manage food and beverage costs
    • Train and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service
    • Collaborate with other departments to create and maintain a positive working environment
    • Maintain and update menus, pricing, and promotions
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
    • Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience
