    Description

    JobPurpose:

    Automationis a strategic productivity and transformation enabler and there issignificant demand for endtoend process optimisation throughautomation solutions. The Automation Governance Manager will play acrucial role in sustaining our automation initiatives byimplementing a clear governance framework reducing risk andmaximising benefits through stable and secure automations. Theywill work closely with the Process and Solution Architects DigitalSecurity Global Process Owners and Internal Controls teams todefine and implement the controlframework

    KeyAccountabilities:

    EssentialExperience

    • Minimum10 years of relevant business experience and knowledge of existingbusiness support activities preferably inFinance
    • Minimum6 years of experience working in a fastpaced highly complextechnofunctional environment in a people managementrole
    • Strongbackground in software development agile software delivery datamodelling and analytics or applicationdesign
    • Demonstratedexperience with the Microsoft Azure cloud and its AI capabilitiesRPA the Microsoft Power Platform at least one or two components ofMicrosoft Fabric REST APIs and at least one programming language(Python C# orR)
    • Strongbackground in process optimisation with exposure to processimprovement methodologies such as Six Sigma (BPM Methods and ToolsBPM Delivery) and automationsolutions
    • Broadoperational experience with background in customerfacing roles;knowledge of other functions and the associated links to ownfunction
    • Experienceleading process mapping and / or workshop facilitation activities;facilitation skills for working issues with groups andteams
    • Ableto consistently review and adapt approach and style to meet everchangingrequirements
    • Abletomanage conflicting work issues and deadlines using team structureand by negotiating timeframes on work in order to ensuredeliverable deadlines aremet.
    • Ableto build contingency plans into daily work to deal with unforeseencircumstances in order to minimise potentialproblems
