    Title: Presales Manager (US Staffing)

    Description:

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of Proposal Writers, guiding them through pre-sales activities.
    • Collaborate with senior management on proposal strategies and objectives.
    • Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) meticulously.
    • Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities, coordinating with contributors, and ensuring proposal quality.
    • Develop compelling proposals, assemble necessary information, and ensure adherence to standards.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with proposals.
    • Maintain proposal-writing standards and databases to ensure quality results.

    Experience and Skills Required:

    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in pre-sales.
    • Proficiency in delivering high-quality documentation with keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
    • Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and deal closure.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, B2B Sales Tools, etc.
