    Prerequisites for a Pre Sales Manager:

    We are looking for an enthusiastic Pre Sales Executive / Manager Representative to contribute to our sales & marketing team. You will be responsible for communicating about the product (Workspaces) and maintaining good client relationships.

    • Candidate having experience preferably in Reservations or Real Estate industry.
    • An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills and a can do attitude. The goal is to help grow sales with your skills and be an asset to the company.
    • Must have good telephonic etiquettes.
    • Should be passionate and have a positive attitude.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.

    Job Role:

    • Deal Generation through marketed leads from business development, organic, and paid sources.
    • Scheduling walk-ins, handling Whatsapp queries, and assigning deals in a timely manner.
    • Ability to influence a customer's decision and generate a maximum number of deals month on month.
    • Addressing queries from prospects and existing clients.
    • Maintaining good CRM hygiene and ensuring the lowest quantity of unhandled calls.
    • Provide regular feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer responses.
    • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
    • Proactively follow up with the leads to get feedback and bring them to closure.
    • Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements.
