The Head of Business Development will be responsible for driving customer acquisitions, developing new products, expanding market presence, and leading Go to Market (GTM) strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Acquisition and Growth:
1. Customer acquisition for 3rd party accounts for Bosch Service Solution's service portfolio.2. Develop and manage existing customer accounts with respect to customer retention and growth from existing businesses.3.
Identify and pursue business opportunities, fostering relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders both within target customer and participating entities in Bosch.4.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape, tailoring solutions to meet niche customer demands.New Product Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new services and solutions in the area of business process management, mobility services and other emerging areas.6.
Ensure new products align with market trends and customer requirements.7. Oversee and support product lifecycle management from ideation to commercialization.Market Development:
8. Analyze market trends and develop strategies to penetrate and expand market share for the organization.9. Identify potential market segments and devise plans to establish and strengthen our presence.10. Drive initiatives to enhance brand visibility and mind share in the target customer segments.
