    About Us:

    At ZYPP ELECTRIC, we are at the forefront of last mile delivery logistics solutions to our clients. As a trusted partner in the EV sector, we are expanding our operations and require a dedicated Team Leader to spearhead our Rider Recruitment for the dedicated store of our valued client.

    Responsibilities:

    As the Team Leader for Rider Recruitment, you will be at the helm of building and nurturing a skilled team of riders to serve our client's dedicated store. Your key responsibilities will include:

    Identifying and recruiting talented riders who align with our client's specific requirements and culture.

    Collaborating closely with our client to understand their needs and ensure seamless onboarding of riders.

    Leading by example and motivating the team to achieve delivery targets and exceed customer expectations.

    Driving the daily live percentage of riders under your leadership to optimize delivery efficiency and reliability.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    Your success in this role will be measured by the daily live percentage of the riders you manage. A high live percentage will be crucial in meeting our client's delivery goals and cementing our position as a reliable logistics partner.

    Proven experience in team leadership and recruitment, ideally within the delivery or logistics domain.

    Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with our client and inspire the team.

    Strong data-driven approach with the ability to analyze rider performance metrics and implement improvements.

    A hands-on and approachable management style that fosters a collaborative and positive work environment.

    Flexibility to adapt to evolving client needs and industry trends.
