Role and Responsibility -
1. Inbound/Outbound SDR, you are the first point of contact for our prospects. You will be the first impression of our company and a driving force behind our growth.
2. Initiate conversations with inbound prospects using calls, chats, emails, and messages
3. Determine the exact needs and resolve issues or objections presented by the prospects
4. Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up generating increased interest.
5. Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
6. Assist an Account Executive with demo calls and closing deals.
7. Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
Skills -
1. 1+ year prior SDR/ BDR (handling inbound leads for US or EMEA region and having outbound prospecting experience) experience within a Software company
2. Hardworking and willing to achieve a high volume of inbound prospecting activity every day while maintaining a positive and energetic persona.
3. Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Aims to grow within the SDR function
5. You are a collaborative team player. Most of your learning will be from your team. We expect you to pay it forward as we grow.
6. Able to work in US shift time and has prior experience in that.
