Work Mode - Hybrid (3 days office & 2 days WFH)
Job Responsibilities:
➢ Proactively identify and target corporate clients for expert-led Learning & Development programs.
➢ Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals and Learning & Development
heads within corporate organizations.
➢ Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and challenges.
➢ Effectively communicate the value proposition of our programs and tailor presentations to
address specific client needs.
➢ Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that proposed programs align with industry
best practices and meet client objectives.
➢ Prepare regular sales reports, including activity, pipeline, and forecast reports.
➢ Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
➢ Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry
Qualifications
● Proven experience in corporate sales with a focus on selling Learning & Development programs.
● Strong understanding of corporate training needs and the ability to align solutions accordingly.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
