    Hi,

    Manpower Group is in search of a dynamic Talent Management professional at Vice President Level for one of its client to be based at Navi Mumbai. The incumbent has to be from renowned E-Commerce Company.

    The Talent Management & Rewards Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the operations of talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policies. This role will play a crucial part in driving the development and execution of talent management strategies and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

    Experience- Min 18 Years

    Key Responsibilities:

    Talent Management and Competency Building

    • Design and implement competency-based frameworks for assessing, hiring, and rewarding employees, ensuring alignment with organizational values and goals. (competency matrix design and implementation)
    • Establish digital learning platforms and continuous development programs to enhance leadership, functional, technical, and behavioral competencies.

    HR Transformation Leadership:

    • Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of a comprehensive HR transformation strategy aligned with the company's Mission.
    • Drive cultural transformation initiatives to establish a high-performance culture that embraces innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
    • Act as a key advisor to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team on all HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations to drive organizational effectiveness. : programs effectiveness, reporting, dashboard, analysis

    HR Digitization and Best Practices:

    • Drive HR digitization initiatives, leveraging innovative technologies and best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of HR processes and systems.
    • Champion best-in-class HR practices, including performance management, career development, and employee engagement initiatives, to create a positive employee experience and drive business outcomes. (policies and market practices)
