    Overview

    The CustomerSupport role is crucial to our organization as it serves as adirect point of contact for our customers. This position plays apivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction providing assistanceand resolving issues in a timely and professionalmanner.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Responding tocustomer inquiries via phone email orchat
    • Assisting customers in troubleshootingproduct or service issues
    • Providing informationto potential customers about products andservices
    • Resolving customer complaints andconflicts
    • Documenting customer interactions andtransactions
    • Escalating unresolved issues tothe appropriate teams orindividuals
    • Maintaining a high level ofprofessionalism and customer serviceetiquette
    • Collaborating with other teams toensure seamless customerexperience
    • Contributing to the development ofsupport resources and materials
    • Participatingin ongoing training and professionaldevelopment
    • Identifying and implementingprocess improvements to enhance customersupport
    • Meeting and exceeding customersatisfaction goals
    • Adhering to company policiesand procedures
    • Managing and prioritizingmultiple customer issues effectively
    • Adaptingto changing priorities and workdemands

    RequiredQualifications

    • High school diploma orequivalent
    • Prior experience in customer serviceor support role
    • Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written
    • Strong problemsolvingabilities
    • Ability to remain calm and patientunder pressure
    • Empathetic and attentive tocustomer needs
    • Proficient in using customersupport software and tools
    • Ability to multitaskand prioritize tasks effectively
    • Conflictresolution and negotiation skills
    • Understandingof customer satisfaction metrics andKPIs
    • Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt tochanging schedules
    • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
    • Attentionto detail and accuracy in documentation
