    RESPONSIBILITIES OFBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
    • Creatingnew business opportunities and drivinggrowth.
    • Generatingleads identifying potential clients developing relationships andimplementing strategies to expand the customerbase
    • Conductingmarket research to identify target markets industry trends andcompetitoractivities
    • Analyzingmarket data and customer insights to identify potentialopportunities forgrowth
    • Qualifyingpotential clients based on their needs and their businesschallenges and fit with the organizations offerings by providingsolutions to meet their needs and augment revenue potential andensure clientssatisfaction
    • Attendingconferences meetings and industryevents
    • Creatingcompelling business proposals presentations and pitches to showcaseyour organizations products orservices
    • Communicatingthe value proposition and differentiating your offerings fromcompetitors in terms of quality andquantity.
    • Negotiatingterms pricing and contracts with potentialclients
    • Workingwith legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract negotiationsand closingprocesses.
    • Trackingsales activities maintaining accurate records and providing regularreports on sales performance pipeline and revenueforecasts
    • Usedata and analytics to evaluate sales strategies identify areas forimprovement and drive revenuegrowth.
    • Trainingpersonnel and helping team members to develop their skillsdeveloping goals for the development team and ensuring they aremeeting thegoals.
    • Knowledgein using digital platforms and tools for leadgenerations.


    Requirements

    QUALIFICATION
    • MBAor B.E/B.Tech or Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or arelatedfield
    • 3 8years experience in BusinessDevelopment.
    • Experiencein Business development of Durable Goods or FMCG or Home Applianceswill be an addedadvantage
    • Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills

    SKILLSREQUIRED:
    • Buildlongterm relationships with keyclients.
    • Stayon top of the latest industrytrends.
    • Negotiatewith clients for betterdeal
    • An eyefor detail and the ability to workaccurately.
    • Travellocally and nationally to meet potential and existingclients.
