    Description

    Job Description:

    • Meeting with the clients face to face, Negotiate/closing deals and handling complaints or objections
    • Sell UPOS and onboard Vendors, increase transactions for Vendors with Users from the specified Pincode
    • Attract customers/ prospects to UPOS Store
    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
    • Looking after the after-sales training and services for the Users
    • Explaining the concept of the company and the business model
    • Reporting directly to the managerial authority
    • Coordinate with UPOS Store Associate and close loop business
    • Focus on Premium vendors and vendor Transaction in the specified Pincode
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
    • Working dedicatedly towards monthly or annual targets.
    • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

    What are we looking for:

    • Graduate - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or PUC with relevant experience.
    • The candidate must have strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills with fluency in English and Kannada with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing
    • The candidate must be Enthusiastic, have superior People and closing skills
    • The ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
    • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
    • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Candidates living within a 5 to 10 km radius from office Location
