    Job Role: Executive & Personal Assistant to the Founder.

    Job Location: Santacruz East, Mumbai (On-site - 5 days a week)

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive + Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Founder of our company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience, preferably in a startup environment, and possess excellent communication and time management skills. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage the Founder's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    2. Act as the primary point of contact between the Founder and internal /external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications as necessary.
    3. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the Founder.
    4. Conduct research and compile information as requested by the Founder to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
    5. Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed, including managing personal appointments, reservations, calendar management.
    6. Coordinate and support special projects and initiatives as directed by the Founder, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
    7. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
    8. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in both personal and professional capacities.
    9. Anticipate the needs of the Founder and proactively address any potential issues or concerns before they arise.
    10. Collaborate effectively with other members of the executive team and provide support as needed to ensure the overall success of the organization.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in any stream.
    2. 4-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, ideally in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
    3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and personable demeanor.
    5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
    6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
    7. Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    8. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
    9. Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed.
    10. A demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
