    Description

    We are currently seeking a motivated Intern to join our Support & Servicing team. This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in career guidance, training, and mentoring.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide support to school's leadership via phone, email, and personal visits
    • Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops
    • Collaborate with team members to develop training materials and resources
    • Conduct research on career development trends and best practices
    • Assist in administrative tasks related to client servicing and program coordination

    Qualifications:

    • A degree in English, Psychology, Management, or related field
    • Strong interest in career guidance, training, and mentoring
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Duration and Benefits:

    This is a 6-month internship position with a stipend of INR 15,000 per month. Immediate joining is required, and the work will be based in our Noida office.

    Successful completion of the internship will lead to full-time employment with the organization.
