Responsibilities:
● Lead the development and execution of enterprise sales strategies, specifically targeting corporates through HR channels to drive the adoption and usage of our credit card products.
● Identify and engage new enterprise clients, with a focus on the fintech sector, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions to align with their financial goals and operational workflows.
● Cultivate and nurture relationships with C-suite executives within targeted enterprises, fostering trust and collaboration to drive sales growth.
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and optimize client satisfaction.
● Implement on-site promotional activities, including setting up kiosks at client premises and running engagement programs with branded materials.
● Develop and execute targeted mailer campaigns to the employee/tenant base of enterprise clients to increase awareness and usage of our credit card products.
● Explore integrations with enterprise HRMS platforms and websites to streamline the credit card application and usage process for employees.
● Create branded microsites tailored to the employees of enterprise clients to provide relevant information and resources about our credit card products.
● Consistently exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and market expansion in alignment with organizational objectives.
● Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to inform strategic sales initiatives and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
● Proven 6-8 years of experience in enterprise sales management, with a track record of success in driving sales growth within the fintech or related industries.
● Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, particularly through HR channels, to drive adoption of financial products.
● Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of enterprise clients.
