    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in Australian immigration services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives in the Australian immigration sector.

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.

    Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including immigration authorities, partner agencies, and industry associations.

    Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.

    Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms and agreements for the company.

    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business risks and opportunities.

    Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities.

    Mentor and coach junior sales and business development staff, fostering a high-performance culture within the team.

    Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote brand awareness and establish thought leadership in the immigration sector.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)

    Proven good track record in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the Australian immigration services industry.

    In-depth knowledge of Australian immigration laws, visa categories, and application processes.

    Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

    Excellent analytical skills and business acumen to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth.

    Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
