    Sales and Business Development Manager - Bangalore Office


    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning:
    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

    New Business Development:
    Identify and target new business opportunities and markets.

    Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

    Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear objectives and providing regular performance feedback.

    Collaboration:
    Work closely with PR agencies and external vendors to enhance brand visibility and manage public relations efforts.

    Case Studies:
    Update and maintain case studies to showcase the agency's success stories and capabilities.

    Marketing Plan Development:
    Devise comprehensive marketing plans for the agency, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

    Vertical Management:
    Oversee and manage multiple verticals within the agency, ensuring seamless integration and performance.

    Market Research:
    Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

    Sales Reporting:
    Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

    Deal Negotiation:
    Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

    Industry Engagement:
    Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance company visibility and generate leads.


    Requirements:
    Proven experience in a senior sales role within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
    Strong understanding of sales and business development processes.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
    Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    Experience working with PR agencies and managing external vendors.
    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
    Ability to devise and implement effective marketing plans for the agency.
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and verticals simultaneously.
