    Description

    Job Description: Technical Support Engineer

    Adara is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to play a key role in providing top-notch technical support that contributes to the overall success of Adara's customers. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a solid technical background, and excellent communication skills to efficiently address both internal and external issues.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support:
      • Specialize in Adara's products and systems to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues for customers worldwide, while meeting SLAs during US business hours.
      • Take charge of technical problems from start to finish, collaborating with the Technical Staff to resolve complex issues and bugs.
      • Propose workarounds and tailored solutions for client requirements using available resources.
    • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Interact with teammates globally to tackle application issues effectively. Communicate with Customer Success Managers, Technical Staff, and strategic partners to ensure smooth operations.
    • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions. Participate in team meetings to enhance the global support department's efficiency.

    Development/Monitoring/Reporting:

    • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate processes to enhance the Support team's efficiency.
    • Take ownership of Credit Card Expenditure Reporting and On-Demand Insights for DMO customers.

    Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of technical support experience from level 1 to level 3 support.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
    • Proficiency in email-based Support platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or ServiceCloud.
    • Ability to work across various global time zones.
    • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
    • Knowledge of programming languages like Java or Python. Familiarity with SQL/MySQL, Unix/Linux, and cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud is a plus.

    Nice to haves:

    • Prior experience in online advertising and Tracking Platforms is beneficial.
    • Familiarity with Swagger API tools.
