- Support:
- Specialize in Adara's products and systems to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues for customers worldwide, while meeting SLAs during US business hours.
- Take charge of technical problems from start to finish, collaborating with the Technical Staff to resolve complex issues and bugs.
- Propose workarounds and tailored solutions for client requirements using available resources.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Interact with teammates globally to tackle application issues effectively. Communicate with Customer Success Managers, Technical Staff, and strategic partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions. Participate in team meetings to enhance the global support department's efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate processes to enhance the Support team's efficiency.
- Take ownership of Credit Card Expenditure Reporting and On-Demand Insights for DMO customers.
- 3-5 years of technical support experience from level 1 to level 3 support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proficiency in email-based Support platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or ServiceCloud.
- Ability to work across various global time zones.
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Java or Python. Familiarity with SQL/MySQL, Unix/Linux, and cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Prior experience in online advertising and Tracking Platforms is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Swagger API tools.
