    Description

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a talented ZOHO Developer to join our innovative Team, a leading electric motorcycle company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing ZOHO applications to support our business operations and enhance the efficiency of our processes & business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ZOHO Application Development:

    • Understand & gather requirements from all stakeholders & teams of the organization
    • Create a detailed requirement document with probable solutions
    • Develop, customize, and implement solutions within the ZOHO Creator, CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Expense and other ZOHO applications to meet the specific needs of the 2-wheeler EV manufacturing industry.
    • Leverage ZOHO tools to streamline and automate various processes across different departments.
    • Proficient in scripting languages such as Deluge Script for ZOHO Creator.
    • Solid understanding of ZOHO scripting languages, APIs, and customization capabilities.
    • ZOHO Developer Certification.

    Integration:

    • Integrate ZOHO applications with existing systems and third-party tools, ensuring smooth data exchange and synchronization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations with EV-specific technologies and platforms.

    Workflow Automation:

    • Analyze manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities for automation using ZOHO tools.
    • Implement automation solutions to improve production efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

    Data Management:

    • Design and manage databases within ZOHO Creator to store and retrieve business data effectively.
    • Ensure the security and integrity of data within ZOHO applications.

    Custom Reports and Dashboards:

    • Create customized reports and dashboards in ZOHO Analytics to provide real-time insights into manufacturing performance.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable analytics.

    User Training and Support:

    • Conduct training sessions for end-users within the company to maximize their utilization of ZOHO applications.
    • Provide ongoing support to address any challenges or issues faced by users in the ZOHO ecosystem.

    Documentation:

    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of ZOHO configurations, customizations, and integrations, ensuring accessibility for future reference.
    • Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes made to the business processes.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology.
    • Proven experience as a ZOHO Developer with expertise in ZOHO Creator, CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Expense and related applications.
    • Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting language for ZOHO Creator.
    • Experience with API integrations and custom development in ZOHO.
    • Solid understanding of the 2-wheeler electric vehicle manufacturing industry.
    • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
