JobDescription:

Identifyand exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potentialcustomers and scan the market for new businessopportunities
Own allplans and strategies for developing business and achieving thecompany s salesgoals
Active supportin deal closures and create strategies to deliver agreed salestargets in a high growth and high demand marketenvironment.
Establishand foster partnerships and relationships with key customers bothexternally andinternally.
Assists inthe development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPIreporting for the sales responsiblemanagers.
Regularupdate the CRM on the businessopportunities

Requirements:

Shouldhave technical knowledge of food processing equipment packagingmachines
Havingexposures to complementing businesslines
Having goodunderstanding of capital equipment business ability to developagents channels
Shouldhave comprehensive understanding for technical engineeringfundamentals passion for technology and innovation and desire tolearn and the ability to work in a highly collaborative teamenvironment.
Abilityto understand potential new technology and market positioning indomestic / internationalmarket
Should possessgogetter attitude. Should exhibit high levels of enthusiasm anddrive. Should have an entrepreneurial spirit and bring a highdegree of energy to thejob.
The person mustpossess excellent communication negotiation presentation andnetworking skills. Should have the ability to champion the orderuntil its closure both internally and with thecustomer.
