    Description

    Sales Outreach:

    Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospects.

    Effectively communicate product or service offerings and value propositions.

    Build and maintain rapport with potential customers.

    Fixing Meetings at Site & Quotation:

    Try to understand the requirements and quote accordingly with pier approvals.

    Fixing Meetings if Clients asking/Or there is need for site visit before quoting.

    Address customer questions and objections.

    Customize sales pitches to match customer needs

    Sales Closure:

    Close sales deals and meet or exceed sales quotas.

    Negotiate pricing and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

    Create and send sales contracts and proposals.

    CRM Management:

    Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.

    Track all sales activities, leads, and opportunities.

    Generate reports on sales performance.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    Provide exceptional customer service and support.

    Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

    Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate.

    Market Research:

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

    Share market insights and feedback with the sales and marketing teams.

    Documentation:

    Maintain accurate records of Quotes/Estimates and sales activities and customer

    interactions.

    Prepare and submit regular/Daily/Weekly sales reports.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree or masters in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

    Proven inside sales experience or relevant sales experience for Minimum 1 Year

    is preferred.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong negotiation and closing skills.

    Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

    Self-motivated and target-driven.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
