Sales Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the GHG management sector.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships with potential customers.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their sustainability goals and challenges related to greenhouse gas emissions.

Technical Expertise:

• Possess a deep understanding of greenhouse gas measurement, reporting, and verification methodologies.

• Provide technical expertise to clients, guiding them in adopting and implementing effective GHG management solutions.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the company's GHG management products and services.

• Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's offerings to clients.

Proposal Development:

• Prepare and present proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients, outlining the benefits of the company's GHG solutions.

• Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate and realistic proposals.

Sales Negotiation and Closing:

• Conduct negotiations with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.

• Successfully close sales deals and achieve sales targets.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to enhance the overall customer experience.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience in sales, with a focus on environmental solutions or sustainability.

Proficiency in greenhouse gas accounting, emissions reduction tactics, carbon offset markets, and familiarity with CBAM highly valued.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to translate technical information into a compelling sales pitch.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
