    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    Management:

    review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring all legal terms are properly covered.standard contract templates and clauses tailored to our business needs.contracts comply with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.


    Advisory:

    expert legal advice on matters related to technology and software intellectual property rights, data protection, cybersecurity, and confidentiality agreements.updated on legal trends and changes affecting the technology industry.


    Management:

    and mitigate potential legal risks in vendor relationships and project engagements.strategies to manage and resolve disputes with vendors.compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.


    Governance:

    the finance department in legal aspects of corporate governance.corporate records and ensure compliance with statutory legal matters related to fundraising, mergers, and acquisitions if needed.


    Qualifications:

    Certifications in areas such as intellectual property law, data protection (e.g., Certified Information Privacy Professional), and cybersecurity law can be beneficial.working in a fast-paced technology industry standards and regulatory requirements related to technology companies.

    Experience:
    • 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the technology sector.experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, particularly in software development.understanding of intellectual property law, data protection, and cybersecurity.

    Skills :

    written and verbal communication skills.negotiation and problem-solving work independently and manage multiple tasks strong organizational the legal aspects of agile and traditional software development methodologies.
