LetzBizz, a dynamic travel start-up, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to our diverse clientele and contribute to our company's success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls from clients who speak Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, Bengali, Bihari, or Marathi, ensuring exceptional customer support and assistance.

    Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to stay updated on current promotions, offers, and new travel destinations.

    Stay informed about industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide accurate and helpful advice to customers.

    Utilize your sales skills to explain the unique features of our tour packages and excel in sales conversion.

    Qualifications:

    Fluent in English and any regional language such as Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, Bengali, Bihari, or Marathi.

    Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.

    Immediate joiners are preferred, and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

    Thousand Lights, Anna Salai, Chennai and T Nagar

    Work Arrangement:

    This is a full-time position based in our office in Chennai. Work from home or hybrid options are not available.

    Salary and Benefits:
