    Job Overview

    Our Sales department is looking forward tohiring a passionate and hardworking candidate to work with us as aSales Manager.

    In addition to this prior workexperience as a Sales Manager or a similar role in the Salesdepartment will be an added advantage for the candidate. You shouldhave an excellent understanding of sales tracking.

    To succeed in this job role you should have goodcommunication skills and the ability to demonstrate outstandingleadership skills. You should also possess excellent organizationaland problemsolving skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Planning and creating the salesrevenue and expense controls.
    • Providingexcellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
    • Building a good relationship with the clients.
    • Attending workshops andconferences to improve product knowledge.
    • Preparing and presenting sales reports to thehigher management.
    • Collaborating with theMarketing department to develop various promotional activities.
    • Researching and reviewing competitor productofferings
    • Resolving customers complaints andissues in a professional manner.
    • Motivating andencouraging the sales team.

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or a related field.
    • Proven work experience as a Sales ManagerSales Director or a similar role in the Sales industry.
    • Sound knowledge inplanning and implementing sales strategies.
    • Excellent communication and presentationskills.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills.
    • Good time management andorganizational skills.
    • Highly motivated anddetailoriented individual.
    • Strong leadershipskills.
    • Ability to conduct indepth research.
    • Ability to offer excellent customer service.
    • Ability to work in a stressful workingenvironment.
    • Willingnessto travel as and when required.
