    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client, Ashok Associates and Chartered Accountants in T Nagar, as an Auditing Executive. As an Auditing Executive, you will be responsible for conducting audits of financial statements, analyzing accounting records, and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • 1-3 years of experience in auditing or accounting
    • Strong knowledge of auditing techniques and procedures
    • Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting standards
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Effective communication and presentation skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Conduct audits of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
    • Analyze accounting records and related documentation to identify discrepancies and variances
    • Evaluate internal controls and develop recommendations to improve financial processes
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for audits
    • Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and accounting standards
    • Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans
    • Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and improve internal controls
    • Communicate audit findings to management and propose corrective actions
