    Description

    Overview:

    The SalesExecutive is an essential role within our organization responsiblefor driving sales and revenue growth. This position involvesbuilding and maintaining client relationships implementing salesstrategies and achieving sales targets.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Develop and executesales plans to meet and exceed salestargets
    • Identify and approach potential clientsthrough networking cold calling and other lead generationactivities
    • Negotiate and close sales deals toachieve profitability
    • Collaborate with themarketing team to develop strategies for attracting newcustomers
    • Maintain and expand client databasethrough CRM software
    • Provide excellent customerservice and address customer inquiries andconcerns
    • Stay uptodate with industry trends andmarket competition
    • Prepare and present salesreports and forecasts
    • Participate in salesmeetings events and productexhibitions
    • Contribute to the development ofsales policies andprocedures

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield
    • Proven experience in sales with a trackrecord of meeting or exceeding salestargets
    • Excellent communication and negotiationskills
    • Strong understanding of sales techniquesand strategies
    • Proficiency in CRM software andMicrosoft Office suite
    • Ability to workeffectively in a team as well asindependently
    • Demonstrated ability to build andmaintain client relationships
    • Highly organizedwith excellent time managementskills
    • Willingness to travel and attend salesevents as required
    • Knowledge of market trendsand industry competition
